I came across this video while reading my favourite email newsletter BNET. The video runs for 7 minutes and 36 seconds and accurately describes what I have been reluctant to tell people in that awkward elevator pitch. A critical component to the success of their practice lies in being able to delegate responsibilities to people who have studied, trained and worked in various aspects of business and health.
